Columbia Police Department is a full service department that utilizes Community Orientating Policing. The department recognizes that working with citizens, community leaders, and businesses is the key to the reduction in crime. It is our goal to provide the very best service to the citizens we serve.
We will endeavor to protect, serve, and educate the entire community in the prevention of crime and the apprehension of those who commit crime in our community.
The members of the Columbia Police Department are dedicated to providing the highest quality police services in order to enhance community safety, protect life and property, and reduce crime and the fear of crime.
