SafetyPup, a program sponsored by the National Child Safety Council (NCSC), is offered through the Columbia Police Department's COPS Unit to the children of our community.

Throughout the year Safety Pup visits local schools and talks to students from pre-school to 5th grade levels on a variety of safety issues that included Bicycle & Skate Safety, ID-A-KID, Dangerous People, Friendly Police Officers, Halloween Safety Tips, and many more.

To find out more on the Safety Pup program, please contact the COPS Unit at 931-840-5977
