Fairview Recreation Center is a well-known and culturally significant community center serving the residents of Columbia. With its large meeting hall and newly renovated kitchen, this facility has been a home to generations of children and adults in our community for family reunions, birthday parties, and other multi-faceted gathering
This facility houses some of the department's programs such as the annual summer program, cooking classes, and activity hours. We also have the pickleball and tennis camps in the park. And lastly, we have the seasonal Paws Parade as well as the famous Holiday Lights in the Park every December. The fun just never stops here at Fairview!
The center sits in the middle of the historical Fairview Park, a public park featuring a pool, playground, several shelters, and a number of baseball fields. Our friendly staff is always available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the centers, parks, and services we have to offer.
