The City is pleased to announce Krissy McNeely as the October Employee of the Month! Krissy is the HR Technician in the Human Resources Department and has been with the City for one year.
Krissy goes above and beyond to assist employees and citizens in every single way. From taking calls from outside citizens inquiring about City resources to helping employees with complex issues, she is always willing to find and deliver the information they are seeking. She once assisted a new hire through the entire onboarding process who needed help with setting up a pay card and cell phone. Krissy assisted them through the entire process, set up their pay card, and walked through the correct mobile applications to manage payroll and benefits.
Also, she has successfully created new programs for HR file recording, which has resulted in greater time efficiency and seamless processes. Krissy has reviewed and conducted numerous audits, always making the needed corrections. She is a wonderful employee and the City is grateful to have her as an integral part of the team!
