The City is pleased to announce Bailey Fitzgerald as the December 2022 Employee of the Month! Bailey has been with the Columbia Police Department for four years and holds the responsibility of the Police Chief and Assistant Chief Administrative Assistant.
Bailey helps all applicants and new hires through their hiring process at the PD, which includes setting up their interviews and various appointments, sorting and collecting their paperwork, and keeping in constant contact with the applicants to make sure they know exactly where to go/what to do to ensure a smooth and easy transition into work. Bailey is a dedicated employee and is always willing to lend a helping hand to whoever may need it, with a smile on her face. Bailey goes above and beyond her job responsibilities daily to ensure that the people around her have everything that they need to succeed. Bailey is a vital component if assuring PD is running smoothly. The City is grateful for Bailey and all she does!
