What does the City do with its surplus computer equipment?

Per the Finance Department, the City of Columbia makes available for sale to the general public surplus City property. The availability and type of items being sold changes frequently. 

Personal surplus property is sold online using the online auction site, GovDeals.Com.

You must register online with GovDeals.com in order to participate in the auctions. Registration is free.     

  • All items are sold as is and without warranty. 
  • In most cases, the City is unable to ship items purchased but may be able to assist buyers with other local shipping resources.
  • The City does accept most major debit and credit cards. There will be a small convenience fee added on card transactions.
