The Columbia Police Department promoted four new detectives to the Criminal Investigations Division: (from left to right) Detective Ryan Webb , Detective Michael Brown, Detective Landen Barber, and Detective Darrell Freeman were transferred from Patrol Division to CID to fill recent vacancies.
