Cold Cases


The Columbia Police Department is currently working the following unsolved homicides. These cases will remain open until they are solved. We are committed to seek justice for these victims and their grieving families. As with other crimes, our success relies greatly on our partnership with our citizens.

Crime Stoppers offers a reward for information leading to an arrest in these cases.

Nastasia Mosley
On Sunday, May 3, 2009, twenty-two year old, Nastasia Mosley was found shot to death behind the American Legion Post #170 located on East End Street.

Terrance Dewayne Smith
On Sunday June 8th, 2008, thirty-two year old, Terrance Dewayne Smith died after being stabbed in the residence at 411 East 9th Street.

Jeremy Deshawn Caldwell
On Monday November 19
th, 2007, Jeremy Deshawn Caldwell, fifteen years of age, died after being shot in front of 605 East 8th Street.

Charles Crafton
On Monday April 3
rd 2006, twenty-four year old, Charles Crafton was found incoherent on Woodland Street near East 9th. He was taken to Vanderbilt Hospital where he died from blunt force trauma.

Andrew Brandon Dale
On Tuesday September 13
th 2005, forty-five year old, Andrew Brandon Dale was found deceased with a gunshot wound inside the residence at 908 Hannaway Rd.
