Thursday night's City Council meeting was the final meeting for three councilmembers: Carl McCullen, Ward 1; Mike Greene, Ward 4; and Ernie Allen, Ward 5. The Mayor and Council presented each with a plaque and shared their fond memories and farewell messages.
