New parking ticket fines have been implemented as of January 1, 2020 for Columbia's downtown area. The map shows free, all day parking (blue) and free, three-hour parking (green) options in the downtown area.
New Parking Ticket Fine Schedule as of 01/01/20:
First Ticket: $6
Second Ticket: $12
Third Ticket: $25
Fourth Ticket: $50
